A senior care specialist will come talk with you about your maintenance goals. We'll discuss desired appearance levels and life-cycle, costing, building air quality and employee health concerns, length of time in the building (own or lease), maintaining manufacturers' warranties and guarantees, and your budget for care and maintenance.

DEVELOPING YOUR PROGRAM
Next, we'll analyze your specific needs. We'll meet with your key people to walk the facility and inspect the carpets, textiles, and other surfaces for current condition and special care needs. Then we'll create a site plan that shows the various carpet use areas and the care each needs.
If you have upholstery, workstation panels, wall fabrics, hard surfaces (stone, tile, wood), or retail store surfaces (counters, awnings, sidewalks, etc.) that need care, we'll evaluate these and incorporate them into the plan.

We will also include recommendations for types, quality, and frequency of fill-in maintenance by your janitorial or other on-site staff. We can provide training for them and monitor their work to ensure that all elements of your care team are pulling together for maximum benefits.

GETTING ROLLING
After proposal sign-off, we dedicate a maintenance team to your account, including inspectors and an account manager. We dispatch our technicians regularly for the scheduled service visits, each documented in a written service report.
